What happens in Vegas

Jack is a carpenter fired by his father recently; Joy is a stockbroker dumped by his fiance. They both go to Vegas to seek excitement. They meet in a hotel room which is double booked and get married while inebriated after partying all night. The next day, they plan to divorce before Jack hits the jackpot and wins 3 million dollars. Back to New York, the judge forces them to live together for six months until then they can't get a penny. They both attempt to sabotage one another's image in order to get the other's share. During the process, they start to develop a true love.
