Lois receives two tickets for the cruise from Brian on her birthday. She and Peter go on the trip, leaving the rest of the family behind. Stewie gets angry and vows to kill Lois.
He drives a speedboat to board the ship, shooting Lois repeatedly with a machine-gun until she falls into the ocean.
A year later, Lois is still missing and thought to be dead. Brian suspects that Stewie murdered Lois, prompting Stewie to throw the gun in the garbage cans.
Joe, Quagmire and Cleveland become suspicious about Lois' death after learning that Peter bought an insurance policy for her right before her death. They come to Peter's house looking for evidence and find the gun Stewie dumped.
The court finds Peter guilty. Before he is sentenced to lifetime imprisonment, Lois shows up and clears the air that it was Stewie that shot her.
