Peter, Cleveland, Joe and Quagmire build a men's club after their wives start hanging out at the Drunken Clam. During a party, Joe is frustrated that he is unable to dance with his wife.
Tired of being handicapped, he decides to seek Dr. Hartman's help.
Joe receives a leg transplant and is able to walk again. He soon realizes that Peter, Cleveland and Quagmire are not in the same league as him, so he decides to hang out with his new friends who are all exercise-maniacs.
Getting fed up with Joe's arrogance, Peter hatches a plan to re-cripple Joe, but the three armed men are defeated by a barehanded Joe. Bonnie takes matters into her own hands and fires at his spine several times, but misses, prompting Joe to shoot himself.
Joe apologizes to his friends, and they are reconciled.
