Lois thinks that she might be pregnant, so she takes a pregnancy test.To Lois' relief, the result turns out to be negative.Peter suggest that Lois should get her tube tied, but she disagrees.Instead, she thinks Peter should get a vasectomy, and he finally agrees.
Stewie dominates the playground after kicks a kid in the nuts.Meanwhile, Peter decides to donate sperm, in case they want to have babies later.Peter inadvertently spills all of the specimens and has to refill them with his own sperm when he is in the storage room of the sperm bank.
Nine months later, in a hospital, a woman gives birth to a baby named Bertram after her attempts to get pregnant with Peter's sperm.
In Griffen's house, Peter and Lois haven't had sex since his vasectomy. Lois gets upset and begins to indulge herself with food.As a result of that, she gets very fat, but Peter finds it attractive and they start to have sex again until Lois has a heart attack during the process.
At the hospital, Lois' appearance is back to normal after all the fat have been removed during a surgery.
At the playground, a war breaks out after Bertram shows up and questions Stewie's dominant position. Bertram eventually admits defeat and runs off ending this episode.
