Martin Bedell, a soldier who will become an important leader to the Resistance in the future, is targeted by a terminator. To protect him, John and Derek join the military academy where Bedell is serving. Meanwhile, Sarah and Cameron save a little boy also named Martin Bedell from the terminator's assassination.
